Practical tips for Cruïlla 2017

With just one day to go until Cruïlla Festival 2017 begins, we want to give you all the information you need to be able to make the most of it.

Coming with kids?

Minors under 15 years old (inclusive) can enter the festival for free, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors of 16 and 17 years old can come alone but must pay the normal ticket price.

Remember that if you are coming with minors under 15 years old (inclusive), when you get to the venue you will need to present the consent form and necessary documentation.

You can find all the information on minors here.

Your wristband

Remember that your cashless wristband is the only method of payment within the festival. You can top it up before the festival starts on our website or through the app. Inside the venue, you will be able to top it up at the ticket booths with cash or credit card.

When you first get to the venue you will exchange your ticket for the wristband, which will be put straight onto your wrist. If you wish, you can collect your wristband today, Thursday 6th July between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. at Parc del Fòrum.

You can find out all the information about the cashless wristband here.

What can I take into the festival?

You are not allowed to take in professional photo or video cameras, selfie sticks, motorcycle helmets, glass containers or cutlery, large bags or suitcases. Only 33 cl bottles of water without lids can be taken inside the festival.

Remember that, for safety reasons, there will be no cloakroom service.

Food and drink

You may enter the venue with food but not with drinks, with the exception of small bottles of water (33 cl) whose lids will be confiscated for security reasons.

Within the venue, you will find a full range of food trucks with many different options on offer. Gluten-free beer will be served in all the bars, and there will be vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options in the food area.

Fòrum-Plaça Catalunya shuttle bus

At this year’s Cruïlla Festival, we are offering you a shuttle bus service between Fòrum and Plaça Catalunya on Friday and Saturday between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. This service will cost €2, which can be paid either in cash or with your cashless wristband.

This year there will be no bike parking available. If you come to the festival by car, you will find various car parks (available subject to payment) in the area surrounding the venue.

Reduced mobility

The Fòrum grounds are adapted to suit people with reduced mobility. Beside the sound and lighting technicians’ towers at each of the stages, there is a special reserved space that you can access with one companion.

Set times and area map

On Friday and Saturday the doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and concerts will go on until 5 in the morning. On Sunday, the doors will open at 6 p.m., with the last concert finishing at 10:15 p.m.

See set times for all the concerts here, and the area map here.

Cruïlla 2017 app

The official Cruïlla Festival 2017 app is available from the App Store and Google Play. There, you will find the area map, set times for all the concerts and artist information.

Lost & Found

The lost & found point will be at the merchandise stand, by the Movistar+ stage.

Phone charging

You will find a mobile phone charge point at the Som Energia stand.

Throughout Parc del Fòrum, you will find various separate waste collection containers. We ask that you make proper use of these to try to keep the space as clean as possible during the festival.
