FAQs about the venue

A must - Making your antigen test reservation

Remember that in order to attend Cruïlla 2021 you will need to take an antigen test each day you come to the festival. The test will take place at CCIB, next to the Parc del Fòrum venue (you’ll find a map below).

If you haven’t booked your test(s) yet, DO IT NOW HERE!

* Your personal account will be used to book your test appointment, top up your cashless wristband and check your test result.

* If you have purchased more than one ticket, you do NOT need to book an appointment for your companions. Each person must create their own personal account and book their test appointment.

* It is not possible to enter the site with an antigen or PCR test taken at another facility. Even if you have been vaccinated (either with the full schedule or with a single dose), it is mandatory to take the test.

A must - What should you do on the day of the festival?
  1. Enter CCIB PUNCTUALLY through the gate assigned to you when you made your reservation (gate A or gate B). Use your mobile phone to sign in to your personal account (through Cruïlla’s website) and prepare the screen in which the booked gate and slot appear.
  2. Bring your ID card and your ticket ready (on your mobile phone or printed) ready. We will exchange your ticket for your cashless wristband. If you have topped up money before coming to the venue, it will be linked to your wristband.
  3. Once you have your wristband you will be assigned to a box to take the test.
  4. The result will take about 15 minutes. To avoid crowds, do not stand at the exit of the screening area, just head to the festival entrance while you wait for the result. You will receive an email with your result, which you can also check in your personal account.
  5. If your result is negative, you will be able to enter Cruïlla. If your result is positive, we will refer you to the medical staff and neither you nor your accompanying persons will be able to access the venue.
What will be the anti-covid measures?

All Cruïlla 2021 Festival attendees and workers must take an antigen test with a negative result in order to gain access to the venue.

The use of a face mask will be mandatory at all times, except when social distance can be kept and when you are consuming. When you arrive at CCIB you will be handed an FFP2 mask, courtesy of DKV Insurance. Once inside the venue, you can visit the stand if you need to change your mask.

You will find hydroalcoholic gel dispensers throughout the venue.

Paying at the venue with your wristband

Your cashless wristband will be the only payment method inside the festival. Once you have created your personal account you will be able to make your first top-up.

All top-ups must be done online through your personal account. Due to sanitary reasons this year there will be NO possibility to top up your wristband, neither with cash nor credit card, at the venue.

When paying for the test or making the first top-up, we recommend that you validate the option: Save payment method, to make it easier for you to top-up at any time.

'We won't keep quiet' protocol

This year we are once again joining the No Callem protocol, the Barcelona City Council’s plan created to respond to any sexual aggression or abuse in nightlife environments. TRAM joins the initiative to achieve the goal of having a festival free of sexual aggression and abuse!

You’ll find the No Callem stand behind the Cruïlla Enamora stage. There will also be itinerant couples moving around the venue to offer support and help.

Eating at the festival

This year we are collaborating with Gastroteca.cat to build the gastronomic offer around three main axes: proximity, quality and diversity.

More than 30 food trucks will open their shop to offer products from Catalan livestock farmers and a wide range of food with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. You can see the full gastronomic offer HERE.

In the bars you will find gluten-free and non-alcoholic beer.

Mobile charging spot

If you need to charge your mobile device, you will find a charging point inside the venue, courtesy of Naturgy.
