Paying at the venue with your wristband

At Cruïlla Festival, you will not pay in cash nor with a credit card, but with a cashless wristband that you can top up.

Read all the information about the smart wristband HERE.

Wristband money refund

If you always top up your wristband through the website or the Cruïlla app, the money you don’t spend will be refunded automatically within 48h after the end of the festival. Keep in mind that the refund is not immediate and that some refunds take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.

If you top up your wristband at the venue, you can request a refund at the cashless booths (on Wednesday and Thursday, until the end of the last concert; on Friday and Saturday, until 4AM), with no commission fee.

If you top up the wristband at the venue and don’t ask for a refund at the cashless booths, you will be able to do so through an online form that will be active on our website between July 11 and 21. In this case, the refund will have a management fee of 1.5€.
