For a festival free of discrimination!
We want to create a comfortable, safe, civic and respectful space for attendees. And a space is not safe if half of the attendees do not feel safe.
To prevent and address any aggression or sexist behavior, year after year we have a Violet Point present in a visible space within the enclosure and also with itinerant qualified personnel during the four days of the festival.
This year we collaborate again with ARANA Feminista, a collaborative feminist project made up of professionals specialized in gender, psychopedagogy and social intervention. The professionals work distributing informative material, encouraging debate and critical thinking through participatory dynamics, detecting and addressing situations of violence and providing psychological support and activating the relevant protocols. In addition, we continue to adhere to the No Callem protocol of the Barcelona City Council.
We will also not tolerate any LGTBIQphobic, racist, ableist or any other attitude that threatens the safety, welfare and rights of the festival attendees.
