We are committed to local suppliers with sustainable and social practices, to whom we provide a guide of criteria, and we ensure the reduction of food waste by redistributing surpluses to social organizations. In addition, we know that the meat industry is one of the most polluting industries on the planet, so we are committed to offering plant-based options to both the public and the festival’s workers.
