During the week after the festival, you will automatically receive a commission-free refund of all the money remaining on your wristband.
You will be able to see the refunded amount and all the purchases you made during the festival in your personal account.
The refunded amount will be shown 2 or 3 days after the refund, depending on your bank, in the account linked to the card you used.
