FAQs about the tickets

I have not received the tickets on my email

The purchase confirmation email with the PDF file of your tickets may take up to 20 minutes to arrive in your inbox. It is normal not to receive it immediately. Please check your spam folder and, if you use Gmail, also the Social, Promotions, and Updates tabs.

If more than one hour passes and you have not received the email, check whether the payment has been charged to your bank account. If the charge does not appear, the purchase was most likely not completed.

Name on the tickets

If you are unable to attend the festival and want to transfer your tickets, it is not necessary to change your name.

However, it is essential that the person who finally uses the ticket indicates their name and personal data when creating the personal account and linking the cashless wristband.

What are the conditions of access for minors?

They must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (somebody 18 years or older) and it will be mandatory to show the ticket at the indicated access control.

Minors aged 14 and 15 must purchase the normal ticket, and they must access the venue accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Minors 16 years and older must purchase the normal ticket. They can enter the venue unaccompanied and without authorization.

In order for minors to enter the venue, parents or guardians must fill this form before coming to the festival.

Can I share a Cruïlla Festival Full or Weekend ticket?

Cruïlla season tickets are personal and non-transferable. When you enter the venue for the first time, a bracelet is placed on your wrist that you must wear throughout the festival. This bracelet cannot be given to another person.

Can I buy a ticket only for one show?

All the concerts of the Cruïlla Festival take place at the same venue, the Parc del Fòrum. For this reason you can’t buy tickets for just one concert, you have to buy a day ticket.
