You are contracting with BARCELONA EVENTS MUSICALS SL (hereinafter, CRUÏLLA BARCELONA) NIF B65505257, adress: C/ Pujades, 77-79 2º 7a. 08005 Barcelona. Payment platform: PORTALTICKET.
To get into Cruïlla Barcelona you will have to show your ticket, which will be scanned for its verification. You will have to identify with an ID CARD in case the Organization asks for it:
1. The Organization does not guarantee ticket authenticity if tickets have not been purchased at the official selling points. Resale of tickets is forbidden. The festival organization does not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of tickets.
The holder of the ticket is the resposible in case of copy of the ticket.
2. The Organization may deny entrance to the sites to any ticket holder in the following circumstances:
a) Tickets are amended, broken or with falsification hints.
b) The ticket holder has criminal or violent records, is violent or publicly incites hate, violence for reasons of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, handicap, sexual orientation, gender or any other social or personal condition or circumstance. Especially any ticket holder who behaves in an aggressive manner or provokes disturbances outside or at the entrance to the festival, one who carries weapons or any object which could be used as one and anyone who wears clothes, objects or symbols that incite violence or defend activities contrary to the fundamental rights stipulated in the Constitution.
c) The ticket holder is in a state of apparent or potential drugs or narcotics intoxication.
The right of admission will never deny entrance to the ticket holder for reasons of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, handicap, sexual orientation, gender or any other social or personal condition or circumstance.
According to current Law, when entering the site, public can be subject of being searched by security staff. Objects considered dangerous or prohibited by current Law are not allowed inside the festival.
3. The Organization may deny entrance, or expulse from the venue, any ticket holder who does not comply with the instructions of Organisation personnel, or who might reasonably be presumed to be heading for a high-risk or dangerous situation for the ticket holder himself and/or other attendees, who causes disturbances or for being in a state of apparent or potential intoxication, each ticket holder will personally take responsibility for any actions that might cause injury to third parties or damage to property.
4. Possession of a ticket does not grant its holder or third parties the right to use the ticket or its contents for purposes related to advertising, marketing or promotions (including, contests, gifts and/or raffles) associated with the ticket holder or third parties. Failure to comply with this point will oblige the un-authorised advertiser and/or user to pay a penalty equivalent to a thousand times the price of a ticket to the event, without affecting further claims for damages. TICKETS’ TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once the ticket has been bought, it will only be changed or refunded in the case of cancellation. In case of cancellation, the purchaser can apply for a refund in a period no longer than thirty days from the date of the public announcement of the cancellation, in the form specified by the Organization. The return of tickets does not include the cost of Ticketing Company. Only the total amount is returned in the case of cancellation of the event.The event will only be considered to have been cancelled if more than fifty per cent of the concerts are cancelled. In that case, bad weather, natural disasters, Spanish airspace closure or any other force majeure will not lead to ticket refunds.
The Organization has the right to alter or modify the program.
To access the venue it will be necessary for all attendees to meet the requirements established by the health authorities at the time of the event.
The seating capacity, the organisation and the arrangement of the audience inside the venue will in all cases comply with the indications and measures established by the competent authorities and the applicable regulations.
Notwithstanding the above, the attendee assumes that attendance at the event implies a risk of exposure to Covid-19 and releases the Organisation from liability for any possible infection.
If the ticket purchaser has any doubts about their health, they must not attend the event and must act according to the indications dictated by the health authorities. In the event of any symptom, of any kind, during the event, the attendee must immediately inform the staff, who have designed a protocol to act in the event of any incident.
Attendees must respect the provisions of this section at all times. Failure to comply may be grounds for expulsion from the venue without the right to compensation and without prejudice to any administrative or criminal liability that may apply.
Access for minors to the “CRUÏLLA festival”, held at the Barcelona Forum, is as follows:
Minors from 0 to 13 years old (included): they have to pay the child ticket and will have to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Children under 14 and 15 years old: they will have to buy the normal ticket and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Minors aged 16 and over: they will have to buy the normal ticket and will be able to access the site unaccompanied and without any type of authorisation.
Access for minors to concerts held in other venues such as concert halls, pavilions or auditoriums will require payment of the normal ticket and minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in accordance with the criteria indicated above for each age group.
Access by minors to any of the CRUÏLLA BARCELONA events will require a ticket to be shown at the venue access control. In the event that accompanying the minor is a requirement for access to the venues, the father, mother or legal guardian will have to present their ID card and family book or equivalent legal document that accredits the relationship between the accompanying person and the minor. The minor and the accompanying person, if applicable, must carry their ID card or equivalent identification document at all times in case the Organisers require proof of identity. Likewise, minors up to 15 years of age (included) will be identified with a bracelet that must be visible at all times.
In the event that the person accompanying the minor is not the father, mother or legal guardian, the accompanying person must present an authorisation signed by the father, mother or legal guardian of the minor, together with a photocopy of the DNI of the father, mother or legal guardian and the family book or equivalent legal document that accredits the relationship of the person authorising the minor with the minor.
In any case, the person responsible for the minor will have to sign a document exonerating the Festival from liability, which will be provided for this purpose at the entrance to the venues and which can be downloaded directly from this link. The accompanying person will be responsible for any action or omission of the minor during the stay at the venues.
The Organisers will provide ear plugs or headphones to reduce the effects of sound volume, if requested by those accompanying minors.

RIGHT TO IMAGE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The ticket-holder recognises that he/she may appear on images taken on the festival site by different media and that these may be used for informative or promotional purposes and that he/she authorises such use which will be the responsibility of the media concerned.
All intellectual property and image rights are reserved. Filming, recording or broadcasting inside the festival venue is not permitted, except by express authorization of Management.
These actions may constitute a criminal or civil action for damages.
The promoter of the event or, if applicable, the manager of public space, will video record the venue.
In this sense, it is reported that any recorded video image may be used as proof of unlawful conduct or any damage that may prove, both to people as property..
