Here’s another Brexit: Sleaford Mods at Cruïlla 2022!
Times like these require a band like Sleaford Mods. Except, of course, there are no other bands like Sleaford Mods. Electronic post-punk has a name, and we can already announce that we’ll be hearing it loud and clear at Cruïlla Festival 2022.
Sleaford Mods are the kind of Brexit we needed: two Englishmen who go off the rails and spit out lyrics against austerity, selfishness, hypocrisy, inequality and apathy. Always with a certain sense of humour or, at least, with an acid perspective that calls for a good laugh and a good time.
On July 8th, Sleaford Mods will arrive at Cruïlla 2022 with their latest album, Spare Ribs. That’s when we’ll witness how the British duo is capable of turning a party upside down with the sole help of a microphone and a drum machine.
